Dandara Living (DL) are developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market.

This project epitomised a comprehensive 'Turnkey' solution, where we seamlessly provided a range of services across various spaces, including receptions, communal lounge areas, block entrances, private dining rooms, and staff office quarters, spanning three distinct sites in Leeds, Manchester, and Birmingham

Space planning

DL brought us in at the initial concept phase and asked that we assist them in mapping out the spaces to help them deliver the desired look to the budget for the project.

Interior design

This process involved not only conceptualising layouts and functionalities but also delving into the realm of aesthetics and ambiance. We meticulously curated mood boards, drawing inspiration from a range of sources to capture the essence of the envisioned spaces. Additionally, we brought our concepts to life through detailed renders, providing our clients with vivid visual representations of the proposed designs.

Bespoke furniture production and product sourcing

This project included a diverse blend of products, spanning from plush upholstered and custom-fitted furniture crafted in-house to carefully curated occasional pieces like mirrors and rugs that we sourced to fit the agreed scheme. We were presented with the opportunity to design and manufacture some specific products to meet the clients exacting brief, most notably an adjustable statement marble table for use in the private dining areas.

Complete fitout

Our team executed the production and installation process in strict accordance with the client's site requirements and deadlines. This undertaking was no small feat, given the complexity of the project, which involved multiple site phases and coordination with numerous suppliers for hundreds of products. To ensure seamless execution, we implemented a strategic approach, which included advanced ordering and storage of items well ahead of the installation date, allowing us to navigate longer lead times effectively. This proactive stance enabled us to mitigate potential delays and ensure that the project progressed smoothly, ultimately meeting the client's expectations and timelines with precision and professionalism.
